LAB-IREEN had an enjoyable group dinner at Namaste Kitchen in Blacksburg.

LAB-IREEN hosted Dr. Junghwan Kim, founding instructor of the "Generative AI Applications in Social Science" and Director of Smart Cities for Good at Virginia Tech, for a LAB-IREEN workshop on GenAI Applications in Engineering Education Research.

Dr. Dayoung Kim, Director of LAB-IREEN, completed her Christine Mirzayan Science & Technology Policy Graduate Fellowship at the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine in Washington, DC, in 2022.
